From Tuesday May 22nd - Thursday June 14 every Tuesday & Thursday. For 4 weeks you will have expert fitness consultant Shearill Brown guide you through an intense Boot Camp.  This camp is for all fitness levels - beginners, intermediate and advanced.  Do NOT be Intimidated you will work at a pace conducive to your fitness level and increase accordingly.

• Build lean muscle capcity in which will burn fat around the clock using Battle ropes, wall balls, hurdles, 3-1 platform boxes, resistance bands, weights and much more.
 
• Increase fitness endurance

• Kick start workout routine

• Have Fun doing circuit, interval, resistance, polymeric cardio, and boxing training!!!!!!!
